"Location of the hotel was great. The room was sufficient for what we needed and the breakfast was great. The pool area on the other hand was not the best. It was dated and very dirty. If not using the pool though, I would recommend the hotel"

"Excellent service by the staff and the room is great for the price. In a great location to walk around Newcastle as well. My only one issue was there was some spiders in my room, most likely due to the bathroom not being super clean. I was only there for one night so didn't make a fuss. I would definitely come back however, love the location and was comfortable."

"The hotel is in a great location very central next to lots of great bars, the reception area and bar looks very nice and modern. The corridors aren’t the nicest, looks like a hospital, the rooms weren’t as nice as the photos made them out to be. The bed was massive and comfy but my bottom sheet had stains on it, the shower didn’t have working temperature control it was boiling hot and couldn’t get it any colder, my mum was in the room next to mine and her shower was freezing and she couldn’t get...

"No issues. Hotel was directly opposite the train station and central to everywhere on foot. Loads of pubs, restaurants nearby as well as the main shopping area a short walk away. "

"The check in and check out process was efficient. The room had all you expect but also had an iron and board which is not common in many hotels. The TV worked effectively was a decent size and there is lots of storage space. The one area that perhaps needs upgrading is the shower. Very poor shower pressure but this isn’t a major issue unless you are staying multiple nights. My stay was before a flight and I felt this was value for money at the rate. I did not try the breakfast, food or bar...
