We booked the hotel with 24 hour room service - this was not available after 8:45pm - we also booked the hotel with daily housekeeping - this did not happen - our bed was unmade and we had to phone reception for fresh towels and extra refreshments - all very disappointing given that we paid extra for the executive room and...

"Fun to stay at a 17th century coaching inn. The I’m has a lot more f character, friendly and helpful staff and good food. Parking is limited but we were able to get a space. The room wasn’t ready by check in time but we had arrived earlier than planned. I would stay here again. There are many places to eat on the High Street. "
