"The very first room we had was great but noisy because it was close to the street and the airport is right across the street.that was my only complaint. The people at the front desk were very accommodating and changed our room, the remainder of our stay was amazing."

"Love the free shuttle to/from airport, love the beautiful lobby, love that we could add on hot breakfast buffet, love the friendly professionals at the front desk. The one thing I didn’t love is lack of seating in the room. There’s plenty of space for a loveseat or small sofa. There was one chair and one desk chair. Just awkward for eating or relaxing. Great experience overall though, we booked pre and post cruise. Would definitely book here again. "

"The building is very close to the Brickell Metrorail station which is convenient, but that also attracts some transient folks. There was also some construction right across the street. On a good note, it is a short walk to the high end Brickell City Centre."
