Waited 45 mins plus for shuttle, called 3 times, got the “5 minutes” answer each time. Another guy we picked up said he was told 2 minutes and waited an hour. It did take about 10 minutes to get thru traffic and lights to the hotel once we were picked up. I understand that stuff can go wrong. Just tell the truth over the phone. The shuttle runs every 45 mins. I saw other hotels shuttles 4 times while waiting. The emailed shuttle directions from Expedia say Level 1. They actually pick you up on Level 2, which you wouldn’t know unless you called. The lady at front desk didn’t appear to care that the Expedia directions are wrong when I showed her the email. Indifferent attitude, slow shuttle, I’d suggest looking elsewhere with your money.

the service at the front desk was excellent. The quality of the breakfast was average. The rooms were in much need of updates and they were very musty. We will pay a bit more next time to have a better quality hotel.
