"Nice for pre-cruise stay. Was able to get checked into room in early morning after arriving in Miami. Only complaint was that the vending machine by the lobby was not working-staff refilled our water bottles as needed throughout stay through so it was a better/preferred option. Comfortable waiting area if waiting for room to be ready."

"I was traveling with my husband who is disabled. I book “accessible” rooms because he is in a wheelchair. Many so-called accessible rooms are only minimally accessible. The Garden Inn had a fully accessible bathroom with roll-in shower, a shower stool and multiple grab bars. In addition, it was clean and comfortable with a helpful, friendly staff. The Wi-Fi was a little spotty, but breakfast was included. We would stay there again!"

"Hotels.com screwed up our reservation that we paid for but the hotel never received. The staff was cordial and allowed us to have the rooms as they waited 2 days for Hotel.com approval. We were evacuating hurricane Milton and were lucky to reserve these rooms. We did not like the anxiety caused by this hotels.com error."

"Horrible! When I arrived I was told that I didn’t have a reservation and I showed him the reservation on my phone and he still told me that I didn’t have one and walked away from the window! Talk about rude! I had to go out to my car and find another hotel to go to at 8:30 - 9:00 pm! I was not happy and neither was my husband! "

"The unmanned check-in procedures worked pretty well, and the property was functional, spacious and clean. However, the online reservation has a significant glitch: somehow between selecting the day and paying, the site switched the week I wanted (same weekday, wrong week), and as soon as I'd paid it would not allow me to change or cancel without penalty. So, I paid twice. Not much savings there!!"
