"All benefits of convenience were there. I have stayed at the Valley Hotel before, and it has clearly maintained its quality. One minor issue though, in cold and wet weather, the sloping car park needed care to negotiate, as ice was a hazard. However, I am not aware of any accidents or falls. "

"On arrival, easy to park. Went into the front bar area to check in. Greeted and checked in asked if we wanted breakfast we asked for prices and told various options available, but not forthcoming with options. ( A menu would of been helpful). Directed to the accommodation which was back outside, next door. The main front door was opened by key , but only realised later that the same key opened room door, so potentially all accommodation can be opened by same key. We had booked room with river...
