"The Belvedere Hotel is located near many excellent dining options in New York City and within walking distance of Times Square. I recommend that the management train their front desk staff to ensure a kinder treatment of guests. While my overall experience was not too bad, I felt uncomfortable with how the lady who assisted us during check-in treated us. Nevertheless, I would still recommend this hotel for its excellent location."

"I was very nervous considering all the negative reviews, however it was a very pleasant stay!! The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, front staff was very courteous and efficient. "I loved the service I received. I called for extra blankets and they were promptly delivered. The blankets were warm and smelled clean. The room was immaculate and slept very well The surrounding area is something the hotel cannot control since it is East Elmhurst but the Marriott is the beacon of excellence! Highly recommended!"
