"It was very difficult for me to order for Room Service. They didn't have what was offered on the menu. I spent a lot of time trying to communicate in spanish. They really didn't understand me. Finally got someone who could understand English. It was frustrating. But they did try hard to make sure they got my order correct. "

"This is an excellent choice for a stay in the CENTRO historico. The staff was great and very responsive to our needs and requests. The pillows were uncomfortable for my neck and there was no option to get something that worked better for me. I asked but received no options. The other minor issue was the bathroom sink, which drained slowly. We reported this as well but it was still drains slowly when we left. It is a very old hotel but is in really nice condition. "third time at this hotel and maybe I'm too spoiled but the bed was a little too firm for me (jst whining) they are updating the elevators and bar area, one thing I did not like is the staff knock twice and enter the room, what if I'm in shower is kind of hard to hear someone knocking or I could be napping I don't know maybe they need to change that policy of knocking twice and enter, plenty parking, other than that place is great excellent service and I'm still coming back to Victoria Ejecutivo."
