"The staff was excellent - particularly Jaime the concierge. He was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable and attended to all of our needs. We had a really great stay! A couple of minor items that ought to be attended to - the restaurant is really slow - not sure if its the front of house or back of house but breakfast took entirely too long and I'm not just saying that as an impatient American. We're talking over an hour for coffee and yogurt. They need to step up their game. Hot tub isn't hot but it wasn't hot at the other 5-star hotel I stayed at in GDL so maybe it's an energy issue. The gym is fairly basic - needs free weights and stretching mats. A portion of it should be padded. Some of the machines made funky noises when you used them - a maintenance issue. Overall, we really had a spectacular stay and would come back."

"This hotel was a great stay as it is inside the airport. If you have a late night trip or an early flight this place is a perfect to stay. You can just walk down to the airport when you are ready to leave. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would stay again. "
