"Hotel was pretty clean, personnel were very friendly and courteous. They let me borrow a wheel chair during my stay. The only uncomfortable thing was the beds, I shared a bed with my daughter and because they were double beds and not queen size beds we were both uncomfortable. Other than that it was a pleasant stay."

"This was a great hostal to stay in with our medium-sized dog as there was a large outdoor space on the upper terrace with a nice sitting area and lots of plants. The room itself was simple, clean, and comfortable. The shared bathroom was very basic, but fine for our needs. The shared kitchen was clean and well-stocked. The staff and other guests were friendly and we enjoyed our stay very much. Well-situated in the hip La Americana neighbourhood with lots of great restaurants, bars, and cafés...

"What an amicable, accommodating, and overall spectacular staff. From the front desk, waiters, bartenders, and attendants- all were consistently gracious. We stayed on the 7th floor and I will say that we could still hear a good amount of street noise, which we didn’t mind (that’s travel for ya). The neighborhood is a bit on the sleepy side, but it is very close to excellent restaurants, hip wine bars, coffee shops, and tacos! "

"Lots of people to meet. Most were very friendly. Lots of sharing. Mellow place! Good music. Staff could be more attentive. Appear to be "wrapped up in themselves." what about the paying customers. My water did not work on 2 different occasions."
