"The service, cleanliness and attention were very good. All the staff were very friendly. The only thing we didn't like was that they need to change the bathroom system because there are a lot of problems with the hot water and with the taps that you can't control the cold water and the hot water. This is the third time we've been there and we'd like to see if they have some other rooms that aren't so old."

"First off...there is no signage, or a visible door to open, or a buzzer to the actual address listed. Secondly, the room that I reserved and paid for was not available, but I was resituated into what was ultimately a quite nice house in a neighborhood about 2 km west, closer to Ave Chapultepec. So, while not quite what I anticipated, I don't have any major gripes."

"The staff was amazing and very attentive, goes out of their way to help you with anything. And the room and the view is beautiful. The walking distance from a few dining areas and bars is convenient and safe, but the staff and beauty of the hotel really made it a true 5 star stay for Guadalajara."
