"We go to Guadalajara a lot and have stayed at other hotels. This will forever be my go to from now on. The hotel is beautiful and it makes you forget you’re in the middle of the city. The food is sooo delicious. Service and cleanliness is at a very high standard. It was a friends trip so we had three rooms, all of our friends loved it. Every single staff member went above and beyond. We will be back soon. "

"The service, cleanliness and attention were very good. All the staff were very friendly. The only thing we didn't like was that they need to change the bathroom system because there are a lot of problems with the hot water and with the taps that you can't control the cold water and the hot water. This is the third time we've been there and we'd like to see if they have some other rooms that aren't so old."

"Un lugar muy tranquilo, el personal muy atento a lo que necesitábamos. Estacionamiento que fue lo mejor ya que Guadalajara es muy saturado. La comida del restaurante buena pero no excelente, pero precios muy accesibles. Si lo recomiendo mucho."
