"I will say that location wise it was excellent. It was about 300 feer walk from the Royal Mile. Tram from airport was great as a station was about 10 minute walk as was Waverly train station. So many tourist spots nearby but you do need.to be able to walk. Only problem with room was almost no area for putting clothes. No drawers just a table and pullout bed top. There was an area for hanging a few things up. Bed was very comfortable after long days of activities. Security seemed a top proiority...

"Self check in and check out with detailed procedure by emails. Female staff on our first day of arrival told us the ways and directions of going to town centre. Free parking was available. Transport to town centre is just outside hotel and is very convenient. A shopping mall is just around corner. Restaurants just a short distance from hotel."

"Room and hotel were clean. Breakfast was busy and the staff work hard and swiftly clean to get next diners in. Barely heard any other guests when in my room, not the outside traffic. The tram stop was just across the road and takes about 10 mins to princess street. Buses were also available. Uber was about £8 from The Playhouse theatre. I'd stay again "

"Conveniently situated and relatively quiet. I had been given a slightly bigger room as I believe it was a quiet period for bookings; I would have found a room smaller than that to be a little cramped. The facilities were adequate though the quality of the wi-fi and of the very limited choice of tv channels was a little frustrating. "Beautiful old hotel with the best bedroom we've ever stayed in. Massive comfortable 4 poster bed. Don't expect modernity in the room, as that is not its charm, but it's lovely. Staff are excellent as well and the food is good in the restaurant "

"Very charming place made up of a row of townhomes that have been beautifully restored. The staff was very professional and welcoming. The full breakfast offered many delicious options. Haymarket was about a 10-15 minute walk to the key tourist destinations. As we had tougher weather, we ended up with more Ubers back and forth to the hotel, but they were very reasonable fares. "
