"Amazing property - we stayed at the One Bed apartment with bed alcove - the property was very stylish and modern and tasteful decor, very spacious apartment with high end spec. Lobby, bar and restaurant areas were beautiful. High quality service from the staff from the front of the house, restaurant and bar. Location is superb and right in the centre of the old town so easily walkable to all main attractions so would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Very lovely, modern and new hotel. Everything was very clean and well taken care of, from the lobby, to the lifts, to the rooms themselves. The rooms were a little on the small side but we were fine with it. The location was perfect too, and everything is within walking distance. Other than to get to and from the airport, we didn’t need to take public transport at all. "

"I cannot fault this property at all. We went as a family of four. From check in to check out, everything was flawless. Our family room with a view over the castle was very clean and comfortable and so was the bathroom. We had drinks and dinner at the restaurant one evening and Martin was very attentive. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Edinburgh. "

"Great stay for visit to the Playhouse. Walking distance from Waverly station, to St James Quarter and Playhouse. Best location for what we we had planned. Floor 0 takes you to Waverly station avoiding all the traffic lights and longer walk to station. Staff lovely, rooms beautiful. "

"A GREAT option for staying in the Old Town. Super clean hotel and rooms along with a very friendly and helpful staff. Great location and walkable to all Old Town has to offer - tours, bars, restaurants. City bus and sightseeing bus stop is a block away. "

"Excellent value for location and amenities. About a 10 min walk from Waverley and key sites, nestled between Castle and university yet still quiet at night (I would enthusiastically recommend for families visiting the university). Room was large and had both a bath and a separate shower, as well as a fridge and kettle. Decor was fresh, good quality bedding. Pool and sauna are at larger sister hotel, but gaining access was straightforward. Reception and housekeeping staff at both hotels were absolutely lovely."
