"We had a great trip. The hotel room for 5 was extremely spacious and it was so nice to stay right next door to the caves. We absolutely loved the caves. They were so big and the guided tour was great. The crazy golf was also great. Wells is only a 7 min drive and it is definitely a must. All in all a great stay with great value"

Check in and check out were easy and all the people my partner and I spoke to on reception were polite and friendly. The property was close to a bus stop so it was easy to get to and from the city centre. The only issue we encountered was that the cooked breakfast was cold, even though we'd gone right at the beginning of breakfast service. We would stay here again, but maybe just skip the breakfast next...
