"Nice clean and modern room,(102) but no window, fan, or vent, in the bathroom. We could not dry off after showering, because of the humidity. The staff is super friendly and helpful! The food is EXPENSIVE! Dinner food was not good and the Thursday "Barbecue" only menu was really bad. Their private beach, on Stocking Island, is very nice and provides a nice boat ride to get there. Bar tenders, Annette and Modesta, stole the show and will be missed! "

"This is a lovely group of modestly priced little cottages by the bay. Easy kayaking, paddle boarding and snorkeling provided. Plan to eat and drink away from the bar (Splash) because they really water down their drinks. The food there is “ok,” but there’s better offerings within a few minutes drive."

"If you wish to stay on a lovely small houseboat in the beautiful turquoise water of a quiet island this is it. The resort restaurant is a two minute walk with great Bahamian cuisine. "Overall the place was fine. Everything worked as it should. We normally stay waterfront but opted for a small kitchen area and ended up here. It is on the opposite side of the road from the water. Exuma is beautiful but if you’re looking for a lot of activities, this is not the place. If your looking for beautiful beaches and white sand, this is the place to come."

"Everything you need, if a little dated. Good beds and furniture, well equipped kitchen, large fridge. There are beach chairs and umbrellas, good out door furniture. We thought it was on the beach, but is about 3 mins walk away. The best beach in the Caribbean and Sandy’s bar on the beach really makes it! Internet and wifi very intermittent and power goes out often. The road in is rough but doable, main shopping in Georgetown, and Santanas bar is a good local place not far away. "

"The property is very well situated with an elevated position which gives you a sea view. It is quite a distance from Georgetown and you do need transport. Fanny's Bar is within walking distance but that is it. It is very well equipped, the only thing missing was a sponge to do the washing up. Some of the furniture is damaged - sofa torn and rattan chairs but this didn't detract from the amazing open space around the living room.
