The owner and all of his staff will make you feel right at home the food was top notch with not having to wait for hours to get food brought to your table. Service was quick and prompt that's very hard to find in the Bahamas. Clear view of the Ocean from your room,pool, dining area and bar. Amazing beach to walk on and swim. "

"We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house in Exuma, and it was an absolute dream! The location is unbeatable – perfectly situated with breathtaking views of the sparkling turquoise water. Waking up to the serene scene each morning was a highlight of the trip. We were close to great beaches and Georgetown for shopping and restaurants.The house itself was spotless and well-maintained, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. It had a cozy, yet modern feel that made it both comfortable and stylish. The living areas were spacious, and the rooms had plenty of natural light, making it a wonderful place to relax after a day of exploring.One of the best parts of staying here was the direct access to the water. You could step right outside and take a refreshing swim or just enjoy the peaceful ambiance of the waves. "This is such an incredible property, and we would 100% recommend and stay there again! Tons of outdoor spaces, everything you need to spread out and truly enjoy. On one of the most stunning beaches in Exuma, comfy beds, great TV/hangout area (comfy oversize couches), and a pro-stocked kitchen! We hired a chef our last night and even he complimented everything.The main house has 3 bedrooms (the bunk room is very small, but sleeps 2-3), living, dining & kitchen. The other 2 bedrooms are in stand-alone cottages detached from the main house. All are within the gates of the property. It felt very safe, and the location is great if you plan to explore the entire island. Communication was great, we had them stock the kitchen with groceries before arrival, and even rented the car thru them. It was all seamless and perfect!"

"Easy check in process. Richard and Shauna provided great communication and were very helpful. Location, Location, location….best there is. Right at ToC beach with a great view. Air conditioning was ice cold and well equipped house. Bottled water is already in the house. Haven’t seen anyone mention this..we called it the “Shake Shack” is about 40 yards away. Little stand that has burgers, conch fritters, beer, fruity drinks, etc. Made it perfect for our two stay at home beach days. The upper deck of Osprey is awesome, especially on windy beach days. Could still enjoy the view and read my book. Good dining choices close by about 2-3 miles east of Osprey house, including a great little homemade pastry shop. Great comfortable beach chairs and two perception kayaks (top quality) with life vests. Kayak out to the two Cays offshore for great exploration…beach, wildlife, cool cuts and caves. Recommend at a minimum, an awd car. We got a Subaru Outback. Queens Hwy is OK, but gets progressively worse as you go South. The road in off QH requires a higher clearance vehicle.
