"We had a great time stayed at Dorsett Melb. The room is big and bathroom shower is clean with strong hot water, I care these very much. If front desk staff could provide smile or friendly customer service while attending to the guests, that would be great."

"Location is convenient just behind the southern cross station. Trams and trains are nearby, just need to take a lift up to Colin’s street and rather easy. Quiet area as well. Walls are thin but generally ok "
