"Staff is wonderful! The bar and restaurant are expensive, but that is expected in this location. The hotel is promoted as having a walkway to terminal 2 and 3 at Heathrow. Only complaint is the electrical equipment in room is out of date for PAT testing( I'm a health and safety officer so notice these things) and the food in restaurant, mainly breakfast could be improved as it was cold... Might be better to let guests order as they come in than the buffer style"

"DeVere Wokefield exceeded our expectations considerably. We upgraded to a room in the Mansion House and the view from the window was beautiful.
