"We arrived to a very warm welcome, beautiful building reception and main rooms. Reception stored our luggage so we could go out for the day. Returned to check in and we were a little disappointed with our room but it was only a night. If a longer stay we would have asked for a change. Room was small and needed updating. No curtain on the dirty window so light shined through all night. Tiny shower room, water went everywhere after showering. A real shame as staff were wonderful, breakfast great....

"Good location, great staff and breakfast was good. I found the room spacy and that was perfect for my stay. Otherwise I found it a bit dusty in some areas, the floor wasn't 100% ok in my opinion. And regarding the kitchen part, I'd say that some kitchen utensils weren't fully clean, same for the oven grill. So it was disturbing, considering I visted other flat/hotel complexes in London, and this one being a Mariott. I did not request cleaning services during my stay, but I assume those points...

"The location is amazing. Very close to the underground station. There are stairs to access the building (approx 8-12?) so if you have mobility issues it might cuz a problem. The hotel is a maze and the elevator is very small. The rooms are also quite small as well. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful and definitely worth adding to your stay. If you don't mind the small inconveniences (small rooms and stairs) it is a great hotel in a very safe and great location. I would stay here again if I...

"Walk to the teminal... priceless!"

"The room was considerably larger than what the photos illustrate. The location is great and in a very quiet neighborhood, but still within a 5 minute walk to the nearest Tube station. There is a Sainsbury grocery just around the corner that has all the basics you might need. Good restaurants are numerous and close, not to mention a wonderful one downstairs."

"I have stayed at this hotel before when I've been to an event at the Royal Albert Hall as it's within easy walking distance and this was also the reason for my stay this time. I came with a friend we had adjoining rooms which were very clean and comfortable with good facilities. The staff are lovely and friendly and even remembered us from our visit last year which made it all the more special. I would definitely stay here again.
