"Family and friend gathering. 9 adults over 50 years old. We enjoyed being on the Themes and spent our time outside. The house is not meant for that many adults even though it has 5 bedrooms. Many of the beds were too short and one room is clearly a children’s room. The place needs some TLC on furniture, rugs, beds (sag in middle) and outdoor cleanliness…lots of spider webs. "We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience "

"The cottage was a lovely old building. Well equipped. The road noise was a bit loud as the windows had gaps but overall a good stay."
