"Very cosy and clean rooms, close to city centre and easy access to train/busses. Fantastic reception staff, very helpful and friendly, making guests feel comfortable and valued. Highly recommended "

"Staff were efficient and friendly, first room we were in had worn dirty carpet, toilet wasn't working and wouldn't flush, we were moved with no problems straight away, second room was for someone disabled but was much cleaner, beds moved and were not very comfortable due to this, room was roasting even with windows open, however they provide a fan which helped."

"Really pleased with our overnight stay, had a free upgrade which was lovely, rooms were spotless and fresh looking. Kitchen area had everything you could need. Bathrooms spotless and great water pressure! All staff were very polite and welcoming and it had a good atmosphere. We rebooked parking and it was a very safe place to leave our car. Will definitely use Staycation again!"

"comfortable and big sized room, with kitchenette. location is perfect right in the heart of town. no parking at the hotel but they have a car park 8min away the guests can use at a discounted rate. breakfast was actually better than I expected. all in all we would stay again. "

"Good stay. Only a few issues. At breakfast the food wasn't refilled often enough, e.g. during our breakfast there weren't any fried eggs and despite checking twice they hadn't been replenished. Our room was too warm and despite opening the window it was still too hot so our sleep wasn't the best."

"The room was comfortable and clean.. Nice shower and bathroom TV channels a bit confusing, but good TV. The food was stunning.... Fabulous Indian and Lebanese food on offer, plus usual burgers, steaks etc.. Very impressed by the food... With good, friendly estaurant service "
