"Decent enough value and comfortable rooms. Good spot if being in Central Birmingham is import at. Broad Street is a bit mental though so I’d not chose the area unless it’s work related. "

"Great hotel and comfortable spacious room. Only thing that was a negative is the parking is offsite and is quite a long walk away. I wouldn't like to make the walk in bad weather or at night as you would feel quite vulnerable at points along the walk."

"Staff were efficient and friendly, first room we were in had worn dirty carpet, toilet wasn't working and wouldn't flush, we were moved with no problems straight away, second room was for someone disabled but was much cleaner, beds moved and were not very comfortable due to this, room was roasting even with windows open, however they provide a fan which helped."

"Really pleased with our overnight stay, had a free upgrade which was lovely, rooms were spotless and fresh looking. Kitchen area had everything you could need. Bathrooms spotless and great water pressure! All staff were very polite and welcoming and it had a good atmosphere. We rebooked parking and it was a very safe place to leave our car. Will definitely use Staycation again!"
