We didn’t understand why the temperature of the room is controlled by the hotel and not the guests, this should be controlled by the guest not the hotel. "This hotel was great for the price. Clean with comfortable beds. There is a big Tesco close by and an underground station within 10 mins walk. I have been to London before and stayed more centrally and did not find this inconvenient. Did not find the hotel noisy at night, and it felt secure. "

"Comfortable bedroom in basement, had all mod cons, not luxurious but modern and clean, recently refurbished . Felt a bit of train rumble as very close to Victoria but this did not disturb my sleep. Very convenient location for exploring London. "
