"This Hotel was a great hotel a few years ago and we always enjoyed our time there.On this visit I was surprised to find a lot of the little extras such as Tissue’s, Shower gels,just the little extras that made it special.The Hotel just needs updating and it will be the perfect place to visit for its so central to the centre of town and the main Train Station."

"Always stay at this Moxy when visiting Manchester. Close to shops but far away enough from the crowd makes this place ideal for family. Room is excellent as per Moxy standard and staff super friendly "

"Booking hotel was easy and straightforward. Bsthrooms were lovely. Beds a little soft for my liking but were ok. Clean. However when it came to booking the off site parking recommended this was really difficult. Each time i tried to book 24hr parking, it kept saying there wasnt any spaces despite the website showing spaces. I rang the hotel to query as using the hotel a discount was offered, which again o couldnt use. Hotel stayed there was an issue but offered no alternative. Ended up paying...

"Had an excellent 1 night stay at the Motel One, Royal Exchange. I was greeted on arrival by Ginevra on front desk who is a credit to the hotel. The hotel is in a very convenient location within easy walking distance of many city centre amenities and the rooms are clean and comfortable."

"Check in and out were quiet long in terms of the queuing. At check in we were put in a cosy room although we booked a deluxe. We told the reception staff and they were extremely apologetic, gave us a free alcoholic drink and a free breakfast for the following morning. During our time at breakfast we were greeted with very friendly staff. Just because of the service - next time we are in Manchester I will book the same hotel - deluxe suite only. "
