"The lodge had been double booked so another family was already settled into the lodge when I arrived with my two children and family dog. My sister and brother in law arrived from a long journey from Oxford shortly after with their dog. We were planning to celebrate a special birthday and wanted this quite stay after our recent family bereavement. This was extremely disappointing to say the least. "Quick smooth check in, Carpark details were handed over. Make sure you enter the code rather than search. Had to use stairs because they were having a tough day with both lifts out of action. They were working when we got back later. Room was a delux double. Plenty buggy enough for us. Bathroom clean and this works toiletries. Kettle and tea making facilities in the room. Fridge. Safe. Small table and chair. Shower and bath in a long and thin bathroom. Worked well. "
