"When I come to Tokyo I prefer to stay in Kamata for convenience from Haneda Airport as well as traveling to Tokyo / Yokohama. This is the 3rd hotel I have stayed at in Kamata, and although the other 2 are also highly rated, this is by far the best hotel here that I have found so far. Reasons: 1) You can exit via rampways and escalators directly from Keikyu Kamata Station with luggage and it is a few minute walk to the hotel. "This hotel was a short train ride from Haneda Airport, with a very short walk from the station. Though not luxurious was comfortable with small rooms. The breakfast was good. The shuttle back to Haneda was helpful for an overnight stay between flights from Tokyo to Sapporo for skiing. $80 for a night versus $500 a night for a hotel at Haneda."
