"The place is in a convenient location. So l am quite happy that l can easily walk around the city. Staff is kind and helpful, thank you:) Overall it is a clean place. But, check-in time is quite late and check out is early, luggage store not that very convenient, also asking from customer taking out your beddings :("

In the place itself you go over a sort of, I think it is a swimming centre floor, not sure, but after reception you have to take your shoes off and wear slippers they provide to walk over the floor. "Low cost. Very quiet area. One should be mindful and not make too much noise. Perfect to get a good night rest. I did not need to get the host attention. If needed there is a tablet where you can communicate with host. Not sure the host's English language capability. The rooms were larger than central Tokyo area hotels. The check out time is 10:00AM which is a bit earlier than most hotels but the quietness and price superseeds the early check out time. About 10 minute walk to Kamata JR train...
