"Very comfortable and convenient place to stay in for a couple. The location is about 10 mins from Yokohama station so it was easy to locate. It is near a convenient store and it has a bath on the bottom floor! Clean, great staff that also accommodated us in English, and location is super convenient! Thank you!! "

"We chose this hotel because it was a stone-throw away from K-Arena, where Charlie Puth was playing. What a beautiful hotel, kind staff, spacious room, and delicious breakfast. Everything about our stay was perfect. And I was able to pick up my concert tickets from the front desk. Wonderful experience. Wish we could've stayed longer but we had a full itinerary in other areas. Worth it!"

"Right next to numerous restaurants and Shin Yokohama station. Beautiful view of the city if you get a room on a high enough floor. I got a room to accomodate 3 people which is sometimes iffy but the room was great. Plenty of space and large enough beds."

"This hotel is clean and quiet. It locates in a convenient location which is next to the malls and the subway. It only takes about 30 mins from Haneda Airport T3 to Yokohama Station. I will stay in this hotel again in July next year!"

"The location is very close to Yokohama station and there is a convenience store on the first floor. The connecting room we stayed in was comfortable, with three beds and two bathrooms. The only drawback was that two (or maybe three) of the four coin-operated laundry machines were out of order, and the hotel did not appear to be repairing them, even during the busy New Year's holiday season. We had to make a late night trip to a laundromat about a 10-minute walk away, which was a challenge. Other...

Value for money and great location

"Located in the less hectic side of shibuya but connected with a pedestrian bridge. Perfect for those that want to have access to the city hustle without being in the centre of it. hotel is perfect for old people as everything you might need (dining, cafe, convenience store) is under one roof or, if like us you stayed there on a public holiday and can’t be certain of what shops/ dining options are open in the city so it’s good to fall back on. The deluxe room was recently refurbished and beautifully done. Very calming and restful finishes. While it wasn’t a cheap stay, I can certainly see the value the Cerulean Hotel provided- so in short, it is value for money"

"Excellent location, close to major attractions. There are lots of restaurants, shops, and cafe around too. The hotel feels casual, hip. The staff is there to assist but everything is “encouraged” to be done by self. Decent size room for central Tokyo location. The common area and room is clean. Love the big window. "
