"We loved our stay at the waterfront. We were warned about ongoing renovation work on the exterior of the building, but it didn't affect our stay at all. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Two bathrooms came in handy. There was a convenience store close by, so we were able to grab the essentials when we arrived. "Located in a nice and quiet location. Room has all the facilities but the lack of a fan or a AC assuming Queenstown is always cold was a bit uncomfortable as we ended up with a hot evening and unable to keep windows open fearing bugs since being bitten enough by sand flies already. An option could be to install fly nest so that we can keep windows open if it is hot inside. The bathroom requires its floor level to be adjusted as water is not draining properly. TV was not functioning for all the 3...
