"We enjoyed the location, except for the lack of parking spaces. The rooms were good, but the coffee bags provided should probably be at least two for a room for two. It was a quick five minute walk to the Kawarau River track which is great."

"We enjoyed our 2 night stay here. Although the room was described as no-view, we found there was a view of the Lake and the Remarkables from a large window. The staff were so helpful and kind. Parking on site is a real plus in Queenstown. The room was clean and comfortable. Its a bit of a walk to town but not too bad. "

"The Lakeside rooms have a beautiful view of the lake. Offerings at the restaurant/bar were enjoyable and creative. Somewhat limited selection for lunch/dinner but we had four different mains and all were excellent. We parked in the underground garage which has limited parking although not a problem finding spots during the end of March. Mattress in bed was very nice for sleeping and all the other amenities were good. No microwave in the room type I chose, I think it was the only stay in NZ without a microwave."
