"Overall it was a good stay for our 14 day visit. My only plight was the condition of our first room had a missing window pane and resulted in a very cold room. The hotel would then change our room in less then 24 hours. After our room change we had a much greater room but lacked certain amenities like control of the heater weaker plumbing. It's in a great location mind you and great for anyone looking to experience the heart of liverpool and it's culture. Staff was great and very helpful....

"The best stay in liverpool. The best new years eve party . Definitely i will come back. The staff us so friendly, the housekeeping comes very regularly to clean. Super clean hotel. All the amenities. Hairdryer On suite . Comfy beds. Sheets feels very fluffy. No rude bext door neighbours. Very close to the train station "

"Very good. The staff were all very busy, but bent over backwards to help. Loads of facilities on site. The Pub and Grill serves fantastic food and service was quick. It is very busy, so the pool, breakfast, and restaurant feels crowded, but it’s still fantastic for the price you pay for a night. We’ll be back."

"Having stayed here before we knew what to expect. Very good standard of hotel as is the norm with Novotel. Two small points that stand out, breakfast can be a bit chaotic together with having to wait for various breakfast items. Parking also needs to be minutes as many cars taking up two places. "

"The staff was extremely friendly and willing to help. The only trouble is the dust apparent in the room; the main areas (bed, bathroom, closet) were cleaned. However, the bedside lamp and remote had significant dust collected, so they have not been seen in a while. There was also a stain on the carpet. As this was only for a night, it was acceptable lodgings to stay. There is scaffolding near the hotel that has uneven pavement (and holes!) so comfortable shoes is advised. "

"Lovely hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff. Great sized family room. Very clean. Hot shower. Great location. Convenient parking for £6 for 24hr next door (if you register in advance). Tasty breakfast. Great views of Lime St Station from the bar/restaurant. Games for children in the bar were a big hit! Will be back again! Thank you."

"Stayed for 1 night with my wife when attending a wedding. Staff friendly. Room comfy and on site parking. Only complaint is the shower leaked so soaks the floor in the bathroom. "
