"We booked here after reading the great reviews and so glad we did. It was a last minute booking as was just visiting the area for the day and decided to stay over. Of course there are so many places to choose from but the price and the reviews were so good we decided to stay here. The room was spotless and had everything we needed and more with an excellent tea and coffee selection in the room. We didn’t have breakfast. We will definitely stay here again. "A nice room in a house next to the river. Clean, a very modern shower. A shared lounge/kitchen. I was on the 2nd floor with a view of the river. Free parking in front. Local shops and takeaways all seamed to be closed. "

"Had a nice cosy stay for 3nights, for the money tbh was very good overall. Nice bed, room had sink and coffee making facilities..... Heating was on as weathers been cold so was surprised it was warm in the room...... The shower was filled with sand so not so good.... However the toilet was shared and close by. Would have preferred a better view.... Other than the vast amount of rubbish outside. Possibly would stay again but perhaps, the rooms, could be updated as looking quite tired older...

"Stayed in the Ribble Suite it was very nice apart from the Bathroom was very cold only having a small electric heated towel rail you have to leave the bathroom door open with the heat full on in the Suite for a hour or so to warm up the bathroom. our biggest gripe was that the Suite was warm all afternoon but when we returned to dress for dinner at 7pm the hotel heating had turned itself off and the room was uncomfortable chilly reported it to night manager who Forbes the hotel heating boiler...
