The only negative comment we have about the hotel is that the walls are very thin and you can hear people walking in the corridor and talking in the adjoining rooms like they are sat next to you. "Heating & hot water are only on between 18:30 - 22:00 and from 06:30. When I stayed it was -4C. I only took my winter coat off to sleep. When I stayed there was a problem with the kitchen I was could not get hot food. All local pubs were closed so I ended up eating a bag of chips from a takeaway in Malmesbury. Sorry but will not be returning."
