"Room was clean and comfortable. Welcome was excellent. Only negative was advertised as free parking and when I got there was told I had to pay £5 parking. 'It's new, they've just brought it in'. So was disappointed with that. Should have challenged it but was too tired, so just paid. Still being advertised as free!"

"It’s in a cute little town in a good central location for South western England. We used it for a 5 day home base to visit different locations near by. "Stayed in the balcony room, was absolutely fantastic, so spacious and comfortable, had a mini kitchen with microwave and all equipment you could need for a short stay. Excellent location to walk to shops and restaurants. Parking available outside, approx £4 for 2 hours, but from 6pm - 8am it is free, we got up at 8am to put a ticket on just in time before the Traffic Warden arrived so be aware of this. Only issue we had was that you are unable to control the heating in any way. Room was cold...
