"Initial reaction during check in wasn't the best because pregnant staff member wasn't very welcoming. She spoke very low and was short in her words. Later during my stay, I did have an issue with plumbing in our room. Staff was great about moving us to another room because issue kept happening. "I love the restaurant inside of the hotel. Breakfast everyday was delicious. The waiters were pleasant. I also loved the bartender as well. Everything was walkable around the hotel. Also, the NY waterway ferry was easy to navigate. I cannot wait to stay at this hotel again. One other thing that was nice, was the rooms were spacious compared to the compact hotel rooms in NYC. "
