"The room was okay, it was clean enough just some small issues with caulking in the bathroom. The one thing I really didn’t like was the rudeness of the staff. I accidentally left my hat in my room. I went back to ask if I could go retrieve it after I checked out. They told me it would be a 1-1,11/2 hour wait to go back in the room. I had a flight that morning so I couldn’t wait. I never did get my hat. Was it my fault? Kinda but it doesn’t explain the 1 hour wait time to get into my room… good...

"Very nice hotel with decent service. Choice of restaurants was limited but for was good. Pool was out of service and room could have been cleaned upon initial check in"

"I liked the property. The noise level was too much for our liking, although this is not the property’s fault. There was a extreme smoke scent that was bothersome. "

"My hotel room was clean and very comfortable. Checkin was pleasant and easy. The casino was kept very clean as well and every staff member a spoke with from housekeeping, casino floor, security, restaurant or gift shop was polite and friendly. Would definitely stay there again!"

I was quite surprised that the standard room also had a kitchenette and living room—it was great to have and helped me save some money on food to be able to microwave meals. I would definitely stay here again, especially given how easy it is to get to from the airport—just a few blocks away."
