"Excited to play keno with my mom but when we got there the employee was so rude! Ended not playing. My mom was looking forward to it. Also the fact this time we stayed in 9th floor and so many kids running around , really noisy and a few times you can smell weed. Very disappointing at this second visit. We were hoping this will be our favorite hotel to stay."

"Walkable from the rest of the strip"

"Booked before I injured my knees. When arrived we asked if we could have a more accessible room. We were given one closer to the elevator but I had to walk quite a ways just to get to the elevator to go up to my room. A little bummed about that. The room was nice enough. Some drainage issues in the shower but not enough to ruin our stay. We like the Luxor mostly for its location. Ate at Tender and don’t recommend. Also ate at Diablo and it’s always good food. "

"Had a great time, however they shouldn't book anyone in the non-renovated portion of the hotel. It is run down, and outdated. Our ice machine was broken & no hot water. They were nice enough to change us to the renovated room side and the room was perfect! Clean, good views & high quality. They did charge me for 3 night upgrade resort fees! Maybe should have done more of a comp a few days before Christmas. Not many dining options. I'd give it a 7 out of 10. "
