"Service was excellent! The location was a bit far from the conference center and the tram. The room was small but comfortable, especially for the price. The shower was not totally sealed so when you showered the water would go everywhere and it would get wet. I would recommend if you are not going to be spending a lot of time in the room but need a comfortable place to stay."

Whereas there may well be hotels with large lobby's, onsite restaurants or bar's this one knew what mattered when it came to customer service.
