"The location is good, close to the beach and church street shops. Reception staffs were friendly although not all very efficient. However, the hotel facilities can be improved. The water temperature in shower was not stable. The mini fridge was just next to the bed and constantly making noise. There were also frequent noises from trains and traffic on the main road, which were particularly annoying in the night time. With all those noises I can’t really rest well in this place. "

"The room is spacy & clean, location is so convenient to everything. Only the facility is a bit old, our room's shower head broken and fell off, but the staff moved us to another room fairly quick. Thank you!"
