"This hidden gem needs to given proper recognition. My famlily and I had an amazin stay there, very clean and comfortable rooms - nove water park and pool, with hot tub bonus - which was amazing and relaxing at the end of an active day! It is less than 10 minutes from Universal and located close to plenty of other fun things to do. I will definitely come back when i am in town next!"

"I arrived around 8 p.m. after a very long day of business meetings to find one person at the desk. Unfortunately, it was like slow motion and the gentleman behind the desk was not organized which created a substantial line at the check out desk plus others waiting to purchase marketplace items also pulled his attention away from what he was supposed to be working on. He was also begin pulled away and attempting to multi-task by answering phone calls as well. So my start was not a good one. ...

"The TV in our room did not work well. It keot making a clicking sound and the picture would go on and off. They had someone could to look at it and the guy told us it the a Satellite issue (Dish TV). It never really got resolved."
