"Perfect for my needs during business trip. Occupants of bunk bed rooms across the hall were noisy and hung out in the hallways, but we’re not heard when they had the courtesy to go inside their rooms. At check in, desk agents were unfriendly. But check-out agent was wonderful. Left an item behind, and it was easy to pick it up. This is the neighborhood I lived in for 18 years, and this is the first hotel that felt like home. I have three other stays booked here now."

"We had a pleasant experience at this hotel. It was close to many subway entrances and there was a pharmacy & Amazon Go store nearby for all of our needs. There were also a few bars & dining places around this hotel. We thought the hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. We did not experience any issues during our stay. We liked that the rooms were very spacious & so was the bathroom. The only thing is I wish that they had a bar or restaurant in the hotel, but that’s no fault on them that’s just a personal preference. Other than that, I liked the location accessibility to both uptown and downtown areas via the subway. We were also within a 10ish min walking distance of 5th avenue and Rockefeller center which was nice!"
