I can’t say enough positive things about The Jewel. Staff was kind and accommodating and upgraded our room free of charge. We got an amazing stay with a balcony. Whole place was clean and beautiful.

Excellent boutique hotel located on Rockefeller Plaza. Queen room was spacious enough for 2 of us, with large bathroom. Very quiet and clean, friendly and helpful staff are always available in the lobby. They will hold your luggage before check in and after checkout, and give you access to the Living Room on the second floor for beverages, restroom, computer, etc. Filtered water and bottles available on each floor is a welcome feature.
