"Overall the property was clean and secure. Pool staff, bbq grill and housekeeping were excellent. The wait staff in the restaurant was okay too. The pool bar tenders were okay too. While my star rating could be higher, i did note simple things that bring down properties, platic bottles along pathways, i observed staff mopping outdoor pathways but in less than meter was an empty bottle. The team member ignored it. I would observe this several times throughout my brief stay. Let's call it...

"I liked the location easily accessible to the night life. I showed up for my reservation and was told I didn’t have one (I didn’t have a reserved room) despite showing proof of my receipt. I waited almost 45 minutes going back and forth with the person at the from desk (had no clue what she was doing). So I finally asked to speak to the supervisor and magically I was granted a room. "I arrived a day early to Jamaica for a wedding and needed a place to stay for the night. I’m always looking for a great deal but try to find something local and safe. "The lady that was promoting this is nasty, unorganized and very unprofessional. When I got to the place to check in the lady told front desk a whole lie to the point I had to pull out my whole reservation email. Even after showing that she was lying she still kept with her story, but her employer told me the truth which was she overbooked and sold my room. So I had nowhere to stay and had to find somewhere to stay for the whole weekend. Neverrrr will I book with her again"

"The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. "The property was nice, very quiet but was a fair distance from the township of Falmouth. Miguel the owner was always available when you required his help for anything. The suite itself was very clean thoughit lacked much in the way of cutlery, dish and laundry soap. The suite has a washer and drier but the drier didn't work, but I was able to access another suite to dry my clothes. "David is a delightful host! Come here for an authentic and relaxing stay in Jamaica. We loved the room, it was plenty of space for 1 adult and 2 teens. We enjoyed the gorgeous sunset from the balcony, relaxing by the pool, and the easy access to some isolated and heavenly beaches."

Pleasant Vintage property

"Pleasant relaxing stay at a vintage property during a slow peiod. Staff was attentive warm and caring but could be hard to find due to the slow period. The regular chef knows his craft, if he is not around go elsewhere. Looking a beach, sorry but watersports they are ready for."
