"The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. "We absolutely loved our stay. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We woke up every morning to parrots in the tree. It is close to a ton of fun activities. We loved the beach club and they treated me like a queen for my birthday. The property is very clean and the grounds are beautiful."

"We were a party of 10 including kids. We were taken care of so well. We all enjoyed the hospitality! Everyone looked after us well!The only thing that we would have liked differently is cleanliness of the kitchen, the pots and pans etc. not used to seeing the old worn out utensils being used to cook so found that a bit put off. "The design and layout of the house was more impressive than we could imagine from the online photos. Arriving to have a butler and kitchen staff was unexpected also. Not having to cook or clean is truly a vacation. We saved so much with the kitchen staff rather than eating out every meal.
