"The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. "This was my first time visiting Jamaica. The house was beautiful and we enjoyed all the activities and amenities. The staff was kind and professional. Ricardo was great and tended to all of our needs. I can’t say enough about the chef. He was truly amazing and prepared the most delicious meals. "Excellent location to relax! We spent our days reading our books and lounging at the villa or at the beach. Villa was clean, well kept, and very charming. Miss Cassie is an amazing cook and has a beautiful personality. The whole family loved all her meals which were excellent and first class and we also enjoyed our grocery shopping trip! :) Host communications were great with no issues whatsoever. Would return in a heartbeat. "

"We absolutely loved our stay. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We woke up every morning to parrots in the tree. It is close to a ton of fun activities. We loved the beach club and they treated me like a queen for my birthday. The property is very clean and the grounds are beautiful."

"We stayed in a stunning home in the chukka cove community. The water was crystal clear with coral and fish right in our cove. We stayed in March and there were no bugs in the villa. It was perfect for my family including my 14 year old son and his grandparents. Having the pool as an option was wonderful for windy days. The food was wonderful in the villa. Karine took care of us the entire time. We look forward to retuning!"

"Ms.Barbara, Ms.Diane and Ricardo were absolutely amazing, and are the reason we would go back. In addition, driver Oneil was also amazing. View at property is unmatched. Few things in house were not working Jacuzzi wasn’t working at all, firepit needed some maneuvering from Ricardo for it to work, seemed like wires had to be taped down by him or something. "It was a wonderful vacation; the villa was lovely, the patio and view idyllic. Carlene was a terrific hostess; the meals she prepared were delicious and she checked in with us daily about what specialties she could prepare and asking what items we liked. The villa was very clean and very comfortable. I noticed there was no dishwasher in the kitchen' there seemed to be room for one and I would suggest that. When I landed in Jamaica, I reached out to management to enquire about possibly extending my stay when I was told that they did not have my reservation. Payment was submitted in full, I’m back in NY and still have not received my refund that they said they processed. "It was clean and spacious. Hosts gave great recommendations on where to go. Notoya and family made us breakfast every morning and it was delicious and convenient. The gated community was safe and quiet. The pool facilities were clean. Overall, would recommend and stay here again."

"Absolute beautiful resort. Staff was extremely friendly. The room with the private pool was unreal. Spent each morning drinking room service coffee in our floats in the pool. They had a great variety of restaurants and room service was a solid options for a late night snack. CJ and Martin and the other entertainment staff had plenty of activities during the day to keep us entertained. The martini bar was the spot to be pre and post dinner. 10/10 would recommend. "

"I can’t say enough good things about this property! I came for a birthday trip with my friend and had the most unforgettable experience. Every member of staff was extremely friendly and eager to do what they could to ensure an incredible stay. The entirety of the Vibes Team went above and beyond for their job of maintaining a great vibe and really helped make the entire vacation seem like one big fun get together. The drinks are amazing and can only be beat by the wonderful team of bartenders at all of their bars, including the bars of their partner resort, Royalton Blue Waters. The property is kept very well maintained and I was blown away by their team dedicated to collecting the seaweed that had washed ashore to ensure a picture-perfect sandy beach. The excursions we booked were unforgettable experiences like no other, and our off-days by the pool and beach were just as fun and relaxing. There are countless food options available and all of them are delicious. Every single person I met at Hideaway was a true embodiment of Jamaica’s spirit of kindness, excellence, and irie. “Jamaica no problem” couldn’t be more accurate—it has been the best traveling experience of my life, filled with fun, adventure, tranquility, and I cannot wait to book and visit again.
