"Very good service, very clean property. Only thing- it was not close to Montego Bay or ochos rios so was harder to get a lot of on the water excursions. Only one breakfast option. Was often crowded & hot My teenage daughter & friends loved it, had a blast. They were very strict about the wristbands & teens drinking or being in adult pool so that was nice since they were all 17 "

"The stay at Moon palace was unforgettable! Thank you Expedia for helping us make it one of the best vacations. Every day we got credits and we were able to use them for a couple massage and swimming with the dolphins. When we had dinner at the Italian restaurant Gondola thy did a special treat at the end for being VIP. The entertainment every night was great. This hotel is more kid friendly than any other hotel We have been to. The only downside was that the ATM was out of service our whole stay so we couldn't get cash to leave a tip. "

"The area around the buildings were beautifully landscaped with lots of nooks and crannies for small bars and services. Beautifully scenery with amazing plants. Great setting in a James Bond type bay"

"This stay was truly special, the staff are friendly and accommodating and we were able to try all they had to offer. The only down side was the age limit for the water park area, other than that the restaurants, bowling, family room and all activities were amazing and enjoyable. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a safe family trip "
