"Staying at fern court really gave me the island feel. With the garden view and lush colors of the island, it was a lot different from back home. The community is gated which is really nice. "This property is listed inappropriately. This is a SCAM! It is NOT FIT TO RENT. The owner was not there, everything was locked. The church next door tell us that the house is vacant and has no running water or electricity and is NOT FIT to rent. They gave us the number to the owner, we contact the owner no response. He's cheating tourist regularly. We were stranded in Jamaica and had to find other lodging options. DO NOT BOOK THIS ONE!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!"

"Total scam!! Don’t do it. I booked this place 8/9/24. Property manager emailed me to cancel couple days before check in 8/29/24 stating the property was not ready due to storm from 7/3. No refund, not responding to me or the platform they use to take customers money. They had my phone number and decided to wait last minute to cancel via email. All while the platform they use was sending updates even as recent as the day before my check in reminding me that my check in was 8/29. Very unprofessional. Save your money and time. Don’t do it."
