"This was our second stay at Smoky Mountain Dreamin. We could not ask for anything more. The view cannot be beat! The condo is a quick ride to Gatlinburg and surrounding cities. There is ample parking. We love how the condo is decorated. You even have a pretty good chance of seeing bears there! We saw a mom and 3 cubs one day and another bear a few days later. The check-in and checkout process are very easy and well communicated. We can't wait to stay at the Higgins property next year! "

"Facilities were nice and the location was fantastic. Right in the middle of activities in Pigeon Forge but the condo felt like it was away from the hustle and bustle, and we had a great view from our balcony. The rooms and amenities were nice and very comfortable. Could use a bit more cleaning under chairs and couches but overall, I would give it a great rating. "

"We had a nice weekend getaway here. My only complaint is that the people above us stomped around alllllllll night. No fault of this condo though. Don't leave food in your car because a bear will get into it and eat all your snacks. That was interesting. Over all we really enjoyed our time here. "

"We found the property with a couple small problems, I contacted Sally our Host about them, She contacted maintenance and the problems were taken care of the same day. Great communications, I could tell Sally was wanting everything to be perfect, but things happen so that is what happened here. We did have one bad experience with parking, My brother and his wife joined us for the weekend and of course drove there own car, I pulled up under the parking garage all the way so my brother could park...

"Condo was as listed. Very clean and cozy. Beds were comfy. Had all the necessities needed for basic cooking. Short drive down to Gatlinburg. We hould would recommend this condo and visit again. "

"The location was great for our plans. The roads heading back down were a little tight with the larger vehicles parked in the other rentals. The place could have used a little bit more attention to cleaning and could have used some more coffee/tea cups. Also (and this is petty) a full sized kitchen trash can. "The condo was a great place to stay that was up in the mountains but close to town. Everything at the condo was clean and neat and comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with whenever I had questions prior to our check in. We would stay here again because everything great. "

"Our stay was amazing. The property was very clean. And listing was accurate. Hosts were very responsive. We had a problem one night with our neighbors being very loud after midnight. I reported them to our hosts who then reported them to HOA. We have no complaints at all. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back down to Gatlinburg. "
