"Wen we arrived we had paid more to upgrade to a sea view my self and my daughter but rooms was not ready we then got our rooms and they was disgusting not even sea view bits all over the floor looked as though bed had not been made proper but they swapped them rooms was clean and lovely but ours was on the 4th floor and I had already said low floor so was not happy as I have a bad leg and hip and will not use lifts so was not happy over all entertainment was good parking was hard to find a space...

"This hotel is really great. It may look a bit tired from the outside but ince in through the doors the decoration, atmosphere and warmth of it and the staff would be hard to beat. The room we stsyed in was small but perfectly formed which was as expected due to the description when we booked and again decorated to a high standard. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was good."

"We stayed at the Dalmeny for 1 night with two grandchildren. On arrival we were given a room upgrade with sea view which was amazing. We had an a fabulous time and the children were kept busy the whole time. From arts and crafts swimming in the pool and making fruit kebabs (their favourite activity) especially when melted chocolate was added. The food in the restaurant was very good and all the staff throughout the hotel were helpful, friendly and great with the children. We'll be back for a...

"Very nice hotel great service and nice view of the lake. Close to shops and pubs so plenty to do or stay in the friendly hotel bar. Been to this hotel many times now and still go back."
