"The only thing that was disappointing was I booked through Expedia and Expedia did not mention any hotel deposits had to be made so when I got to the hotel my room was already paid for then the lady the clerk says there will be a $250 deposit refundable deposit it would’ve been nice to know that ahead of time so I could’ve prepared myself better so if you booking through Expedia like I did it did not give me any information about hotels deposits, and I think that was very unexpected"

"This hotel was beautiful!! It was so clean and spacious. The layout was very modern and offered a ton of storage space. Coming from a really small midwestern town, Chicago is very intimidating. The Valet gentlemen were so kind and helpful. We didn't explore or do anything in our general area so I can't comment on that. If we were going to the Shedd Aquarium or Field Museum, we definitely would have walked. My kids also loved the pool, and I loved all the windows at the pool for a nice...
