"I was traveling with my 20 year old son for spring break. Overall, Hotel Plaza Yara was a very nice place to stay. The staff was professional, attentive and helpful. The daily breakfast was plentiful and quite tasty -- fresh fruit, eggs, plantains, rice and beans, toast, banana pancakes -- lots of choices! "Great property for the value. Nothing fancy but location is great as it has direct beach access which is hard to find in Manuel Antonio. Small kitchen is also a plus."

"The Hotel is great I would recommend it to all my friends. But the wifi sucks. Very weak wifi and only intermittent in the rooms No wifi at the beach nor at the breakfast/lunch areas. I think serious attention needs to be paid to the wifi in that hotel as it is an easy solution with low cost and huge benefit to the clients. "
